Laura Pascotto

Laura Pascotto has been a Partner of the Equity Investment Team since 2007. She has extensive experience in M&A and structured financing transactions in the infrastructure sector, particularly in the airport, transport and logistics sectors and in public-private partnerships (PPPs) running healthcare facilities. At F2i, she has overseen acquisitions, disposals and partnerships completed in the airport sector (Naples, Milan, Turin, Bologna, Trieste, Alghero and Olbia), the recent investment in hospital PPPs managed by Holding di Investimento in Sanità and Infrastrutture, the investment (and subsequent divestment) in the logistics company Interporto Rivalta Scrivia and the acquisition of a minority stake in the motorway holding Infracis.
Prior to joining F2i, Laura worked for Lehman Brothers in investment banking and then with the Capitalia Group (now Unicredit) as Managing Director, responsible for airports and air transport, ports and shipping, motorways and oil.
She graduated in Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of Gesac, Sagat, Geasar, Aeroporto Guglielmo Marconi di Bologna, Sacbo, Sogeaal, Aeroporto Friuli-Venezia Giulia and the HISI Group.
