Giulia Lauria
Associate, Regulatory, Legal and Corporate Affairs
Giulia Lauria has been an Associate of the Regulatory, Legal and Corporate Affairs Team of F2i SGR since 2023. More specifically, she deals with aspects in the department concerning investment transactions for the debt funds and financing transactions regarding acquisitions by the funds managed by the AMC.
Prior to joining F2i, Giulia worked at the law firms Hogan Lovells, Legance Avvocati Associati and Osborne Clarke, concentrating her work in the area of banking law, with a focus on financing transactions.
She graduated with honors in Law and in Professional Consultancy and Business Auditing from LUISS Guido Carli University. She was admitted to the Italian bar in 2021.
