Andrea Bertipaglia

Andrea Bertipaglia is an Investment Associate in F2i’s Equity Investments team, focusing on the origination, structuring and execution of new investments.
He joined F2i in 2022 and built significant experience in active portfolio management within the Asset Management team, covering the social infrastructure, digital infrastructure, circular economy, and transport and logistics sectors. He worked closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic, growth and value creation initiatives.
He serves on the Boards of Directors of F2i MedTech and of a company of the ReLife Group.
Prior to joining F2i, Andrea spent three years as a Manager at New Deal Advisors, where he advised Italian and international private equity firms and corporate clients on M&A and other strategic transactions. He began his career at EY, first in Audit and subsequently in Transaction Advisory Services.
Andrea graduated with honours in Business Administration, Finance and Control from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. He has passed the Italian chartered accountancy qualifying examination and is a registered statutory auditor in Italy.
